Dance for Parkinson’s Patients
Meets every other Saturday morning at 11:00 in the Gonzaga University dance studio at 1108 N Pearl Street (at Desmet Avenue) Spokane, WA 99202
Choreographed dance to live music improves flexibility and fluidity, enhances balance and posture, and lifts mood. Classes are taught by Terry Grizzell, a professional dance instructor with training by the Mark Morris Dance Group. Hatha Yoga for Health and Healing
Yoga increases balance and well-being. Classes are each Tuesday morning from 10-11 AM, and are taught by people who understand the challenges Parkinson’s brings.
